Opens/closes all guest bars throughout the ship, island and crew areas. Proactively provides efficient and friendly beverage service in all indoor and outdoor bars, back of house service bars, lounges, nightclub and family entertainment venues, cafés, Prepares and serves classic and tropical cocktails directly to guests and/or for Beverage service team.  Records daily sales; practices up-selling and suggestive selling techniques. Keeps areas stocked with all supplies. Maintains and ensures cleanliness of areas to uphold USPH standards. This role has high guest interaction and is a tipped position
