MARC SORRENTINO / MANAGING DIRECTOR
After a 12 year career as a performer in Theatres, Television and Cruise Ships, Marc continued his career in entertainment management before setting up the agency in 1999. He has produced shows and entertainment programs on several cruise ships and for hotels in Japan, Greece and the UK.
He has provided turn-key entertainment, managing teams of up to 50 members as well as leadership personnel and staffing in many other areas, for vessels including, Silverseas, Oceania Cruises, Regent Seven Seas, Seabourn and Disney Cruise Line. He regularly auditions musicians and is always on the lookout for potential guest acts for his clients in venues and cruise ships around the world.
He has excellent knowledge of the industry and Marc believes the company’s success rests on its ability to match both talent and etiquette, a winning and essential formula for success on the high seas.
DEAN PARTLETON / OPERATIONS MANAGER
Dean started his entertainment career wearing the famous Redcoat at Butlin’s. After igniting his passion to entertain, he set sail on the seven seas for a career with P&O Cruises where he worked his way through the ranks to become the youngest Assistant Entertainment Manager / Deputy Cruise Director.
Having worked with guest acts, musicians and entertainers for many years, it was an easy transition to join the team here at the agency. Dean’s creative experience, attention to detail and eye for talent allows him to seek out the very best for our clients in this rapidly expanding industry.
BIANCA BIO-GENFI / ACCOUNTS AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
After graduating from the prestigious BIMM music school in London in 2014 with a BMus in Music Performance, Bianca joined the team here at the agency as an intern, before quickly progressing into specialist roles.
She has performed in a variety of different productions as well as recording backing vocals in her free time. Her love of music is a great asset to our team. With her sharp attention to detail and meticulous organisation skills combined with her forward thinking, Bianca is quickly becoming a leading recruiter and talent scout in the world of cruise ship manning and music!
RAPHAELLA ADAMOU / ENTERTAINMENT & RECRUITMENT ASSISTANT
Raphaella’s background is in Business and Events Management, she gained a BA Honours Degree at the University of Hertfordshire. Speaking four languages, she loves to travel and is a busy makeup artist on her weekends off for brides and photo shoots.
Raphaella is super organized and quick to help support candidates with their applications, as well as to successful applicants with their contracts and travel information.
